Sanofi’s Cambridge Crossing Consolidation Recognized as CBA’s 2018 Life Science Deal of the Year

Congratulations to Sanofi, Zell Partnership and DivcoWest on their execution of the Greater Boston area’s largest lease in the past decade!

Sanofi’s new space will occupy 901,233 square feet at Cambridge Crossing. The project is the result of Sanofi’s desire to consolidate their Commercial Operations and Research & Development groups, which are comprised of approximately 2,700 employees locally. Sanofi’s occupied space will span two buildings, with 501,257 square feet dedicated to lab space and 400,076 of office space.  Northstar is honored to be a part of this exciting and innovative project!
